UFC Fight Night: Kattar vs Emmett

UFC

Remember when we said this card was being overlooked and to make sure to tune in? We hope you listened. Wow, what a night of fights. UFC Fight Night Katter vs Emmett tied the UFC record for most KO's on a card (8). Below are some highlights from a wild night of fights:

  • Josh Emmett eked out a split decision victory over Kattar in a razor thing stand up battle.

  • Kevin Holland continued his success at welterweight with a second round submission win.

  • Adrian Yanez (🔒) looked like he soon could be a title contender with a 1st round KO over Tony Kelley

  • Phil Hawes scored a second round KO with some vicious standing elbows

*The Donald Cerrone vs Joe Lauzon fight was canceled when Lauzon dislocated his knee putting his socks on (yes, you read that right) the morning of the fight

Lock of the Week Review

Parlay (+117): Cerrone vs Lauzon under 2.5 rounds (-165) WITH Adrian Yanez (-280) - CASHED (kind of)

The Cerrone fight got canceled yet again right before the fight so that part of the parlay was voided out, but Adrian Yanez made it look easy with a first round KO giving us a winner for our lock of the week pick. Going to have to stick to these two leg parlays, they are hot for us right now.

Clip of the Week

Life comes at ya fast - Look at Tony Kelley give the camera the finger during fight intro's, only to then get flipped off by Adrian Yanez after he knocked Kelley out. There was some bad blood in this fight.
